They are thin (one layer) so probably not very absorbant but that are well made and cute.

Q: What fabric are these made from? Are they polyester/acrylic or cotton flannel?

The diapers are a poly/acrylic. The bibs are a cotton/poly. Everything washes really well. They've held up.

Q: Will these fit wee baby stella by manhattan toys? approx. 12”

They are better suited to a 14" - 16" doll.

Q: Will these fit a cabbage patch 17" baby?

The bib will probably work, but the diaper might be tight. I purchased the set for a 14'' doll.
