Where do I get replacement ear pads for the BT221i headphones?

Way late with this answer and I doubt the original person is still concerned about this but there is a person on eBay currently selling 5 pairs of replacement pads for these headphones for only 10 bucks!

Can these be hooked up via 3.5mm jack as well as Bluetooth?

No, they are bluetooth only. Personally, I prefer the sound quality on the wired ones that they do - best value for money headphones you can buy. But I can sync these up with my watch over bluetooth so I don't have to take my phone when I go out running - handy.
