I love these and seem to be helping after a few weeks Defo noticed improvement in my health snd energy :)

Seems like I got old stock as my expiry date is this April. Little disappointed considering that's only a few weeks away an there is 60 gummies to get through, given the price as well. Also the listing says 3,200mg the back of the pack says that theres only 50mg in a serving? Have taken them anyway an will update my review in due course. Update: been taking these for 6 months an have yet to get poorly (I have a crap immune system). Regularly get myself run down an poorly every few weeks but these have helped a lot! Would recommend!

Apparently people have been using it for centuries in order to improve immune response and boost your body‘s natural defenses. Unfortunately, in the off-season, I always run out when I seem to need it most. When I found these Gummies on Amazon, I was a little bit skeptical and unsure of whether or not they would work as good. Well, I have to say, I am really impressed. These are outstanding quality. As someone who likes all natural products, I was really pleased to see that it did not have a bunch of garbage ingredients. It was simple and natural. The Gummies were a perfect size and two of them is all you need. I take them every morning. I give them to my kids as well. They don’t even realize that they’re eating a supplement. They taste like candy. Although they have some calories, I think it’s a lot less than what I was getting when I was taking elderberry syrup. They don’t have any effect on my digestive system, and I haven’t had any gastrointestinal problems as a result of taking it. There’s been no strange side effects or anything like that. Some supplements are funny in that you only realize what they’re doing if you stop taking them. This kind of works like that. All I know is that I don’t get sick when I take these regularly. In terms of value, I’ve tried other elderberry Gummies, and they just don’t stack up. So I have to say these are pretty good deal.
