Pathetic
We bought this item looking at Hamleys as the seller. We received an open box with all contents in a mess. It was ordered as a birthday gift but had to return it back. I guess the seller reads this feedback and makes sure this doesn't happen to any other customer again.

Superb finish train looks beautiful
Worth the money, finish is very classy, only issue i faced was loose connection in the battery case. But I replaced it. I even boought additional trains as gifts...its superb, we enjoy watching the smoke and train going round abd round mesmerising.
