Keep mango slices soaked in water and PMS solution in recommended dose for 5 to 6 hours prior to process of drying etc...

How much should we add for preservation of 1 lt wine?

If you are talking about I L of bottled wine then hardly 1/16 of tsp is sufficient. Otherwise best method is adding 1/2 tsp for 5L of wine 2 days before bottling (that's what I do generally).
