Very effective.
Knee pains were reduced like 90% after applying this oil. Very effective for joint pains when warmed and applied. A very good product. Used it continuously for 2 weeks.

Mixed Feelings
This ayurvedic oil is extremely strong smelling. I tried during my postnatal massage and found it very hot and not fit for summers. However, it was relaxing. I think again it will be a personal choice!
