I really liked this top coat! Beetles is already my go-to brand for press-on nails, so I figured I’d try their top coat as well—and it didn’t disappoint. It adds a beautiful shine to the nails, especially since the press-ons themselves come in more of a matte finish, as you can see in the photo. The formula isn’t too thick, and it cured smoothly. I’m still pretty new to press-on nails, but products like this are definitely convincing me to keep using them!

This is my new secret weapon to get my home manicures more durable and shiny. I’ve been using it since August and this polish is simply the best no-wipe top coat available! It works perfectly even over regular polish! It goes on beautifully and looks just as shiny when it’s dried as it does when it’s wet. Never any bubbles or lumps. The consistency is a bit thick so it takes some practice/effort to get thin coats applied but you can do it. Also, it’s very forgiving so you can do a little touch up in one area while it’s wet without ruining the nail. It has almost no odor. I’m using it with an inexpensive LED device but it still dries in 60-120 seconds. As long as you’re applying it to fully dried polish it will work over anything. I most frequently apply a quick dry base coat, then 2 coats of InstaDry color, then two thin coats of this top gel. It’s like the best quick non-gel mani, it will last for at least two weeks, and it is much easier to remove. In the photos I posted, I have done the routine I mentioned except I slept on my wet nails before doing the top coat and they had sheet marks all over them. Not to fear! A quick coat of this gel and 60 seconds later they now have a perfectly smooth finish. Mani totally rescued. This stuff is amazing!

I am a newbie in the gel manicure world, but my friend recommended this product to me. I have done three gel manicures now, after doing a regular manicure for 30+ years, so this old dog had some new tricks to learn. After so many years of doing my own nails, I have amassed a collection of about 75 bottles of *regular* polish colors, and certainly did not want to start anew with gel colors. (I had enough of that in the 80s' replacing all my vinyl with CDs!) My friend told me that this gel top coat (and maybe others too, I don't know) CAN be used over regular polish, provided that you allow sufficient drying time between coats (base, color x2 and this gel topper). I can confirm here that her instruction worked. I know that a few other posters have warned against this practice. This gel topper can be applied over regular standard polish, and you can achieve a long-wearing gel manicure (sealed with a UV lamp). Promise. This old dog did need to exercise some patience, though, when it came time to remove the gel topper. After fussing around with acetone and tin foil wraps and tiny bowls and other implements of destruction, I found a product that removes the gel topper without [most of the] fuss that is typically associated with removing gel. Thank goodness! Getting back to this top coat, I did notice some fairly exceptional longevity in my manicure, and I did love the high gloss you would expect with a gel seal. Since I do a home manicure, I do not push back my cuticles (ouch, it hurts!) and other things you might get with a professional pampering session, so my gel topper did not keep its pristine look after 14 days. I did have some very minor chipping along the tops of my [short] nails, but I am quite hard on a keyboard. Overall I would return to this seller for this item.

It is a good top coat! Not sticky after curing like others I have tried. It does chip a little bit after normal wear (about a week later)

such great quality in a top coat! a salon type of polish they would make you pay extra for if you’re getting them done. hardens nicely and thick too. i like to do two coats for extra strength making sure to fully cure between. cures under UV almost instantly, but using the 60 second option to be fully cured. no peeling because it’s so strong that it doesn’t even chip. looks great on a fresh set of acrylics or even press ons, i find it doesn’t last as long on a plain polished nail. overall highly recommend.

This top coat was great! Beetles is my favorite brand for press on nails, so I decided to go with their top coat too and I’m not disappointed! It gives my nails a nice shine and as you can see in the picture the nails come kind of like a matte color. The polish was not too thick and dried perfectly and evenly in my Jodsone SUNX5 Max Nail Lamp (Amazon $9.99! - get it). I’m new to press ons but I think I’m sold!
