I gave it five stars, so that someone might actually read this review. The first ingredient is sugar. It had such a higher rating that I figured it must do something, they didn't do anything. They didn't make my nails grow, and I have given it over 2 months, my nails remained brittle and my hair didn't grow any more than it normally would. Really bummed.

Can hardly believe that I actually have fingernails normally they peel and sew broken off. My hair grows so fast and the only change it is have started taking these faithfully
