5 Letter Combination Lock (Blue)

These are well made and reliable. Setting your own word to unlock is WAY better than remembering a combination! I’ve used two on dog crates and one to secure a medical box for a clinic. I’m a loyal fan of these!

I love this! It is easy to set the code and brings some fun to locking up your stuff. I use it at work on a file cabinet that I share supplies with a specific group of people. It is fun. I have seen these used in escape rooms.

I had one lock to come in malfunctioning, but the others worked great. It was easy to set when it functioned correctly.

Works ok, but limited options with the specific letters on each wheel. They do give options but it would be nice if there where an easy app or website to look up valid possible word options quickly.

There is no slot for turning the right housing, so the lock combo cannot be reset, rendering the product useless. (The pink lock shows what the end *should* look like; the blue lock is what I received for this product.) Wish I'd opened this within the return window.

Like many people, I ordered this lock to use in an escape room I was designing, and it worked out beautifully! I love the bright color and sturdiness. The kids thought it was pretty cool, too, and even the youngest was able to mess with it without breaking anything. Also like many, I did wish I could rearrange the letters rings, but I already knew that wasn't an option on this lock, and the locks that did allow that did not have as thoughtful a letter distribution on the rings, so they all have their limitations. Plus when the one I was sent had an issue, I reached out to the seller who remedied the situation immediately. So great lock and great customer service! This is an excellent lock item ! We love it so much ! Instead of numbers ! We use a word and easier to remember than numbers :) fantastic idea !!! Ty Maria c

I really like the sturdiness of this lock, but I didn't realize you can't make any word you want. The description states, "5 Dials Resettable Combo Offer 100000 Combinations,Easy to Set Your Own Password Combination." It should be clearer that rings CANNOT come off, and user is limited to specific letters, then list the letters on each ring.
