I was reluctant to send for this because of freshness concerns. It arrived and is very tasty. I am using this for Weight Watchers points (only 1 per slice) and I love that.

The Taste was Ok, just like normal bread to me, but I'm watching my carbs. Steve

This was a good bread to eat.

Sara Lee changed their recipe, the bread is now no more than store brand with a gold brick price tag. It used to be at least an inch thick and did not tear when you spread peanut butter. Now, it's barely a half inch. It does not tear when applying a thicker spread, rather it gets a doughy texture and the air that is whipped into the bread goes flat, leaving a very thin PB and J. Two stars only because it remains soft for weeks which is good as it is bad.

This bread is all I use it’s thin and very soft.

There was supposed to be 2 loaves and I only received one loaf! What a rip off!
