This is a great tunic to put on over a tank top before/after yoga. It also works really well during more relaxing/restorative classes. I like how the width of the neck allows it not to strangle you and the arms are a good length. If I had to give a negative for this product, it would be that the hood is useless. It is too big to actually wear and it gets in the way during inversions. It's definitely more for looks than functionality. Definitely get this as a cover up or loungewear though!
