Does this fit a 2022 Nissan Frontier 5 foot bed?

I do not know. My Nissan is a 2021 Frontier with 5 foot box.

How did you bend the flange/bracket back to shape?

We used a foot long punch like tool with a pointed tip. One of us put it through the screw hole in the hitch and in the tapped hole in the Frontier’s frame. Then we put leverage on it to bend the arm of the hitch to the right place while the other screwed in the bolts. This worked understandably for all but the last hole out of the six.
