Smooth and absorbs easily in my coffee
I love Anthonyโs cocoa powder. I add it to my morning coffee ritual along with their beet juice powder and a few other things for a healthier coffee experience. The cocoa powder is very smooth and not bitter at all.

Good quailty product that will give you quality baking!
This took my brownie recipe to the next level! I used teo tablespoons of black cocoa powder when making them and it blended beautifully! I am going to try this brands black cocoa next, For the quality, quantity this is a good value. Want to do a cake next. The extra fat in it and my sugars gave me that nice shiny top on the brownies. Everyone said WOW! Whars in these, I said its a secret! ๐คฃ

Good flavor but lumpy
I like the color and flavor. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 starts is it's very lumpy. If you don't want the lumps you have to take the time to break them down. Some are marble sized, some are smaller but lots of hard lumps. Otherwise great for home made brownies
