Really pleased. The company we bought our Sagittarius Mono Kitchen Tap no longer supply. It's been since 2009 and we've been unable to source the right valves. We've been making do, however after measuring the valve and using the chart TML provided we narrowed down the tap to 1mm. So pleased it fits perfectly, smooth operation and within 10 mins being delivered my husband fitted the pair. Now we just have to get the tops off our bathroom Bristan Taps!! We've hunted around local shop, more expensive and didn't fit properly. We searched and emailed suppliers but that was just a waste of time. As long as you measure the existing valve, count the teeth and use the chart provided you can't go wrong. Were not going anywhere else. Thanks again ... works like magic.

Simle to fit - solved the problem.

Bought these shorter 43mm QH43H to replace cartridges in Sauber vevey mixer tap after trying everywhere to find suitable replacement (certainly not a standard size). Eventually went for these. These replacements are good enough and the length didnt leave a gap between lever and tap body. Only issue i found was they were stiff to turn when tightened up, so much so that when operating the levers it kept unscrewing the cartridge threads. In the end i bought some loctite threadlocker from toolstation and fixed them in along with the grub screws too. So far so good. Working as they should. Hence 3 stars.

These saved me a lot of time and money as i didn't have to spend time and money replacing the taps. Easy to order and i was surprised with the shipping speed as turned up the next morning. Took them out, fitted them as I'd already removed the old ones and was good to go. Can't say how reliable they are but my taps are just under 3 years old and the cartridges failed so i don't expect them to last a life time but for the time and money i've saved and the service i received, i have no complaints

Very good service. The tap inserts arrived less than 24 hours after I placed the order. Full marks to Tap Magician and the Post Office, I am glad I didn't pay extra for next day delivery! Selecting the correct item is a bit complicated because of all the different designs but the detailed drawings on the Tap Magician site made it as straightforward as possible and I ordered the correct one which fitted perfectly . I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Good product

I've looked a few times & still can't see if it mentions hot tap left or right of the spout! I don't fancy loosening the whole tap off & spinning it round even though it has flexi pipes under the kitchen sink.
