It seems to work OK. I have lost about 6 or 7 pounds since I started using Herbal Balance. The price it fair for the product compared to other sales. I take one before a meal and another one before a late lunch or dinner. Its not easy to loose some weight. I take other meds and so far nothing has been effect by taking this product. I try and watch what I eat. I have started to eat a lot of fruitand stuff like that.Guess I will keep on trying and see what happens...................Good luck
