This camera is an amazing value for the price. The video quality is excellent, and the auto-tracking feature follows the speaker smoothly and accurately. Setup wasn’t the easiest at first, but here’s a tip that will save you a lot of time: plug the camera directly into your computer first so it can install everything, then move it to your docking station. Once I did that, everything worked perfectly. Now that it’s set up, the camera performs flawlessly and has really upgraded our conference room. Highly recommend!

Update: The customer support team did a great job and solved my issue promptly once I got a hold of them. We do love this product. When the product works we loved it. The Problem is we had it for about 70 days and it hasn't worked since. It just blinks alternating blue and green lights. There is not reset button on the back like the documentation states. We have tried everything to bring it back. We have also reached out to service who is non existent. Amazon wasn't helpful as they told us to reach out to the manufacturer.

I’ve been using this TONGVEO 4K PTZ camera system for streaming and recording, and it works great with OBS. Setup was simple — OBS recognized the camera immediately, and the video feed came through clean and stable with no weird compatibility issues. The image quality is excellent. We run a small nonprofit and half our board joins remote, so people were squinting at a laptop webcam propped on a stack of books. Mounted this on the TV in our conference room, ran one USB cable, done. The auto tracking follows whoever is talking and it moves slow enough that it doesnt make anyone dizzy, which was my worry after reading about other ones. The speakerphone is the part I didnt expect to care about. Our table is about 12 feet and it picks up the guy at the far end fine, no more everyone leaning in and shouting. Took me one meeting to figure out the remote has way more buttons than I'll ever use. I just set 3 presets and now I hit a number and it snaps there. For 300 this replaced a quote we got for almost 2 grand from an AV instaler.

Letztes Jahr habe ich Online-Weiterbildung in Vollzeit gemacht und hätte mir es schon damals kaufen sollen. Ich arbeite aktuell hauptsächlich mit MacMini und er hat sowohl keine Kamera, als auch keinen Mikrofon, nur einen eingebauten Lautsprecher. Bei diesem Kamera-System bekommt man alles inklusive: Kamera, Mikrofon und Lautsprecher. Da ich mit Mac arbeite, war die Einrichtung sehr einfach: die Kamera funktioniert per Plug-and-Play, so dass keine extra Installation von Treiber nötig. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut und stabil, und das gleiche betrifft die KI-Tracking --- ich habe nichts getan, es hat von sich allein funktioniert. Man kann auch den Hintergrund ganz gut verwischen oder sogar komplett ausblenden. Der Lautsprecher klingt gut, hat gute Lautstärke und ist mit integriertem Mikrofon ausgestattet. Die Verbindung läuft über Bluetooth, USB oder Dongle(wurde mitgeliefert). Mit Fernbedienung lässt sich die Kamera steuern, ohne dass ich Treiber installiert habe. Die Halterung für fixe Montage ist auch dabei, wenn man sie braucht. Ein gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, gute Kamera und Bildqualität.

Die Freisprechfunktion funktionierte einwandfrei und ermöglichte es allen Teilnehmern, sich frei zu äußern, ohne ständig ein Mikrofon weiterreichen zu müssen. Ich betreibe ein kleines Unternehmen. Ab und zu kommt es vor, dass ich mit mehreren Mitarbeitern gemeinsam einen Konfernzcall machen möchte. Bisher haben wir uns mit einer Jabra und einer normale Logitech C920 beholfen. Bei gewissen Gruppen kommen die beiden Geräte aber schon an ihre Grenze. Demnach war ich auf der Suche nach einem Konferenzsystem. Ziel war, dass is < 500€ kostet. Aufgrund der Rezensionen habe ich das TONGVEO System gewählt. Vorteile: - Sehr hoch auflösende Kamera (deutlich besser als die Logitech) - Kamera steuerbar über Fernbedienung (Bewegung, Zoom,....) - Positionen vordefinierbar - viele Anschlussmöglichkeiten (siehe Bild) - Bluetoothbox unabhängig von Kamera verwendbar - Verwendung der Box via Bluetooth aber auch analog - hohe & klare Lautstärke und sehr gute Mikrofonqualität (deutlich besser als die Jabra) - Plug and Play Inbetriebnahme Nachteil: - Keine automatische Personenerkennung (vermutlich aber auch nicht zu erwarten bei dem Preis & dadurch das Kamera und Box unabhängig agieren) In Summe ein sehr gutes System. Ich werde es im neuen Jahr in den ersten Konferenzen nutzen.

Da ich meist remote arbeite, führe ich mehrmals am Tag Videogespräche. Dafür habe ich bisher eine Kamera von einer anderen Marke verwendet. Ich habe mich zum Kauf dieses Modells entschieden, weil ich eine Kamera mit größerem Bildwinkel und eine Kamera benötigte, die ich je nach Position einstellen kann. Nach einigen Besprechungen damit war ich mit dem Gerät zufrieden. Ich kann die Kamera schnell in jede gewünschte Richtung drehen und zoomen. Bei Präsentationen kann ich den anderen einfach zeigen, was ich möchte. Auch die mitgelieferte Lautsprecheranlage und das eingebaute Mikrofon sind sehr nützlich. Nach dem Einrichten der Anschlüsse waren Kamera, Lautsprecher und Mikrofon in Teams auswählbar, ohne dass man eine Software installieren musste. Die Bildqualität der Kamera ist gut genug für Anrufe und das Bild ist auch bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen gut. Der einzige Nachteil des Geräts ist, dass es beim Einschalten etwas laut ist, was für mich aber kein Grund ist, einen Stern abzuziehen. Abgesehen davon ist das Gerät sehr leise. Nach dem ersten Gebrauch habe ich beschlossen, dass diese Kamera die richtige Wahl für mich ist.
