I have arthritis in my neck and right shoulder making sleeping uncomfortable some nights. When I saw this Cervical Neck Pillow from Piluxx I thought maybe it will help. The pillow came in a small box and at first, I thought it was going to be the size of a throw pillow. But, when I removed all the packaging, the compressed memory foam opened up and fully expanded to its 14” x 21” size. Although slightly smaller than a normal sleeping pillow it was more than adequate to support my head and neck. My first impression of the Pillow was that it was made with a high quality, soft fabric with clean stitching and nice colors. On the underside of the Pillow is a zipper that will allow me to remove and wash the cover. The zipper is completely hidden by a .75” fabric flap. Now, for the most important part…does this Pillow help my sleep? I sleep primarily on my side or back. With my current pillow, I am constantly flipping side to back or side to side due to my shoulder aching. After using this Pillow for a week, I felt more support for my neck, reducing tension on my shoulder. I am tossing and turning less, which I am happy about. The Pillow is comfortable and doesn’t get hot. I would recommend this product for anyone with problems sleeping due to neck or shoulder discomfort.

As someone who goes to bed with earbuds in every night, finding this ergonomic neck pillow has been an insane relief for my nightly rests! The contoured design truly supports my neck and helps alleviate the tension that usually builds up from sleeping with earbuds in. I wake up without the familiar aches in my shoulders or back, which has been an amazing experience allround! I particularly love how it caters to different sleeping positions. It comfortably supports me whether I'm on my side, front or back, and it feels great throughout the night, especially with the cooling materials. The quality of the fabric is impressive, which gives me peace of mind knowing I'm resting on something certified for safety. Overall, this pillow has significantly improved my sleep, letting me wake up refreshed and ready to face the day! The only con i would say is it's hard to find a pillow sheet for something as specific as this, but regardless, still an amazing product!

I’ve used this pillow for a couple of night now and so far I’m very pleased. I have been waking up with a slight headache and some neck pain and was looking for a new pillow with better support. My current pillow was a traditional shape pillow with foam stuffing. It was very comfortable but did not provide the correct support. I was skeptical about this cervical pillow because of its radical design and shape. It is not a traditional pillow. It didn’t take long to get used to it at all and I’ve been sleeping great. The pillow is comfortable and very supportive for back or side sleeping. Its unique design supports the neck and head in a neutral position without feeling restrictive. The materials appear to be of high quality and there is no smell. The cover comes off and can be washed. Overall I’m really happy with this pillow and I highly recommend.

I was very hopeful about this pillow, but was somewhat disappointed. Things I liked: ~Soft fabric ~Study pillow, doesn't collapse under the weight of your head ~GREAT for back sleepers Things I didn't like: ~King size pillowcase doesn't fit ~Hard to remove outer cover to wash - button is small and I couldn't undo it ~NOT for side or stomach sleepers I tried this pillow for 3 days. I found it very comfortable when laying on my back, but I am not a back sleeper. When I turned to my side, it was hard to find a comfortable position for my head. I woke up after day 1 with a headache. The second night, I tried to adjust how I slept on my side, but when you are a restless sleeper, you can't stay in one place, so I ended up waking the next morning with neck and shoulder pain. The third night, I woke in the middle of the night and just couldn't get comfortable again, so I ended up switching back to my other pillow. All of this is to say, if you are a still, back sleeper, this would be a great pillow for you. If you are a restless sleeper and sleep primarily on your side or stomach, I doubt this would work for you.

I was surprised by how soft the foam material is. The pillow looks nice and I like that it fits inside my standard pillowcase. The shape feels a bit futuristic, when I lie on my back my head sinks comfortably into the soft foam. Then my head was supported in one position whether I laid on my back or my side. One feature not mentioned in the listing is that there’s a removable pad on the bottom. I noticed this when I removed the cover to wash it before using it. If the pillow feels too high, the pad can be removed to lower the height. (That’s why I included the pic, to show the insides.) However, as a pillow strictly for sleeping through the night, since the foam is so soft, I would recommend it.

I got this pillow mainly to help with my neck and posture while sleeping and it’s been really comfortable so far. The contour shape supports the neck nicely and helps keep your head in a better position. It feels different than a regular pillow but in a good way. The memory foam feels supportive without being too hard. It molds to your head and neck while still holding its shape. I also like the cooling fabric because it doesn’t get too warm during the night. It works well for both side and back sleeping which is nice since I switch positions. My neck feels more supported and less stiff in the morning. If you’re trying to improve sleep posture or just want more neck support this is a really nice pillow.
