I was a bit disappointed in opening this as the packaging contains no cushioning or protective material. The stopper and stroke mount sleeve were just rolling around in the box... not sure if they were intended to be attached for shipping purposes. Luckily, these parts weren't damaged. I have an alternate use for this actuator, but have no doubts it will function supposing your recliner has the same stroke and overall size. I have verified the measurements provided in the listing are accurate. This takes a 5 pin remote and a 24-39V power supply. It has a T harness, so power from a power supply can be delivered to a headrest. No switch or power supply is included, so reusing your original equipment will be necessary. For testing, I attached suitable mounting pins on the attachments points to a gantry and attached 200 lbs of weight. I powered this with a 24V 4A power supply and was able to raise and lower the weight easily. This isn't a surprise as this actuator is rated at 1000N. This should be a suitable replacement for compatible chairs and is more than suitable for my project. Excellent value compared to actuators in this class.

I ordered this to replace a motorized lift chair, and while it was slightly larger than the original, it was able to be easily adjusted and adapted down for the smaller chair. It's a slow and smooth movement, no hangups. So I'm overall pleased with the repair. After doing this repair and seeing how it moved, I thought it might be great for an animatronic craft.

I recently installed this actuator on my standing desk, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The actuator moves quietly and smoothly. Install was very easy, a couple of screws and plug it in. I am so happy to have my standing desk back!

I can’t speak to fitment since I am using this Linear actuator for a DIY purpose. However, it performs well at the set voltage and extends and retracts at ten plus inches. See video for extension, quiet sound, and speed of travels, which is fast. Overall, this actuator performs per the website specs or better. A very good value.
