Very upset. Received a broken glass. They're taking forever to pick the item up for return. Amazon Customer Care is near to impossible to crack. Already been more than a week

I bought this digital wall clock from Amazon for Rs 1175. A very unique & good watch by Ajanta, which shows not only time but date/year/month, day and temperature also.Lots of indicators in one screen. This clock is very useful in night and for people with poor eyesight.Because the display is quite bright and easily visible from long distance. The clock build quality is perfect and all the indicators do their work perfectly. The panels are made up of Metal, screen is glass and backside is plastic. Somethings i like to mention before you plan to buy this watch, 1. This only works on electricity not on battery. 2. Two pencil cells need to be inserted in the back side of the clock(You get 2 pencil cells with the clock). The purpose of these batteries is to keep the internal clock running, during powercuts.So when there is no light, the clock displays goes off but the internal clock still runs with the help of these battries.So that when light comes back it clock shows the right display. 3. I suggest if you have Inverter backups at your home, connect it to connection which runs on inverter during powercuts. So that it remains ON always. Worked for 3 years and the PCB went down. I have been using the clock over the inverter, so no power down issues. But the clock was not usable now in 3 years. Appearance was good. Led looked very prominent. But the durability is the problem.

Can be used as a Bed light, provided you apply the sun control film (like we used to apply for the car Window glasses) and use it as a bed light. You can apply multiple layers of sun control film until get satisfied with the brightness I am using this product for years together and without a problem.
