Why didn't my cubes freeze solid overnight? How long do they need?

Our cubes normally freeze solid in just 2 hours. If yours didn't, it's usually due to stacking or freezer temperature not low enough. Spread the cubes flat in your freezer (don't stack them) and make sure your freezer is set to -18°C or below.

How does this compare to regular ice?Can it really last 1.5 hours?

Regular ice is colder for 10-15 min but then melts away. Once fully frozen, our cubes keep drinks cold for about 1.5 hours at room temperature with no dilution. Less time on a hot day. Want it colder? Pre-chill your drink or add a few more cubes.

Will these cubes make my drink taste like plastic or affect the flavor?

Not at all. Our cubes are made of 100% food-grade, BPA-free plastic, which is tasteless and non-toxic. Unlike real ice, they never melt, so they won't dilute or alter your drink's flavor.

Will the water inside leak out?
