A Commerical Quality Machine
When Fedex delivered our Machine I was alarmed. To say that it had clearly undergone rough handling would be a major understatement. I mentioned it to the driver and he actually said that if I didn't want to accept it, some repairs would have to be made to the packaging before he could put it back on the truck. After close examination I decided to accept it. The company really did an exceptional job designing the packing. The only damage was bent railing for the kernel tray. That proved to be a simple adjustment. Bottom line, this is one fine popcorn machine. All parts but the heat lamp and kettle have a 5 year warranty. I've exchanged info with their service folks and fully believe that if assistance is ever needed, they will be there to take care of it. I'll turn 79 the week after Christmas and over the years I've owned a bunch of corn poppers. This is the only one I've owned that when the popcorn is poured into a bowl that I haven't had to add salt, butter, or any other type of seasoning to the popped corn. Its not hard to clean and to keep clean. Its already a family favorite.

Worth it!
This popper is championship level awesome. You canโt go wrong. The upgrade from 12 to 16 features an exhaust fan, and that kicks it up a notch. The even warming of the more efficient heating kettle mean more popcorn popped.

It's a nice popcorn maker.
This is a really nice popcorn machine. It heats up quickly pops thoroughly and keeps the popcorn warm afterwards. I just wish the cabinet were a little bit larger. It actually pops too much popcorn for this size cabinet.

It had been great for the few weeks we have had it. It is a larger unit with a larger kettle so we can use for parties.

perfect size
We are big popcorn people and this is just the ticket(pun intended). Made very well, large kettle. 16 oz. kettle is perfect and is removable for cleaning.....Love it!

Happy grandkids.
Purchased as a gift for our sonโs family. It took about an hour to assemble and was popping corn soon there after. The grandkids give it rave reviews. The only problem is they keep running out of popcorn!
