Makes too small of dumplings
Doesn’t work well.

Edges negotiated their freedom
Worked smoothly and was easy to use overall. It definitely speeds things up and makes the process more consistent. The only issue I ran into was the dumplings not sealing fully, but that may have been due to the wrappers I used. With the right dough or a little extra moisture on the edges, it would probably seal better. Still a helpful tool for making dumplings at home.

I make wontons twice a week now
It does take trial and error to learn, but it doesn't take long before you're speeding through dumplings like a fiend. Despite looking flimsy, it hasn't fallen once while working with it, and the scoop spatula has been great for figuring out how much filling to use; A spray of oil and the filling practically falls off it. It also hasn't needed charging after over 200 dumplings.
