Can your cat slip its elbow and front leg out of the leg opening of this harness? The measurements don't include a neck size; does the neck fit a cat?

I bought this for my miniature wiener dog. She is smaller than my cats and she can’t slip out of this. So I’d say worth a try for your cat. None of my cats go outside. So haven’t tried this on them.

Perfect for my little 8 lb senior rescue Chion. ( Chihuahua/Papillon mix) Fits him really well; fits OVER his little fleece PJ set he walks in once it gets cooler. I feel confident he can't pull loose; it doesn't irritate his skin; easy to get on and off...... AND to top it off i named him 'Mr Peanut' once he came out of the shelter, so things I buy from here are all monogrammed for him. 5 stars
