No Support Available from the manufacture for US customer.
I have to give up on this watch. Unfortunately, the buttons stopped working, I've tried all the recommended fixes I can find online, but nothing worked. I've written to the manufacturer, but they do no reply. They apparently do not have any support for US based customers. It is shame because it is nice looking unit with a good feature set. Update: The manufacturer got in touch with me and resolved this to my satisfaction. It was nice to know they monitor these reviews and react accordingly.
