Are these pills defatted or undefatted?

Probably not. It’s not in the description. But tbh if there is fat it’s so minimal bc each service only contains 3.25 g of organs. Fat is good for you contrary to what Western science has tried to tell us for 70 years.

This gave me heart flutters, any reason why this would happen?

It is helpful to begin with small amounts working your way up to a larger dose as with any new supplement we introduce to our body's ecosystem. Most of us are ok with 2 pills per day. The vitamin A toxicity is overblown as it generally takes significantly (50x) larger doses to get to that point. Listen and trust your body.

Whats the exact amount of each organ?

No idea why Amazon asked me to answer this, except for the fact I order these…If I had to guess the answer to your question I would have to “assume” it’s just a jumbled mix of whatever is left over. There is probably no way to know an exact measure of each. I mean, I’m sure making/marketing these organ supplements was a good way to use up the last of the original product, right? I can say that after taking these religiously (5 pills a day) for about 3 weeks now, I do notice a slight difference, and they make me feel full, which tells me they are in fact organs.
