This device is absolutely pretty. I have sensitive skin, so I’m usually careful with treatments, but this one has been really gentle. The light is bright, but it doesn’t feel harsh on my skin. After a few weeks, I started to see less redness and smoother-looking skin. It’s a nice balance of being gentle while still working well. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that it needs to stay plugged in during use.

I'm terrible at complicated skincare routines. This couldn't be simpler: plug it in, choose a mode, and sit there. I use it while checking emails in the morning (Acne mode) and while reading before bed (Anti-Wrinkle mode). It's become part of my daily routine without feeling like a chore. No mess, no complicated steps - just pure, simple self-care that actually shows results.

Honestly so bright and so fun to use! I feel my skin recharged everytime after use. 10 minutes before going to bed, east and effective. Very steady feet for the light to be on your face while laying down. Super bright and the glasses provided is very dark so it protects my eyes!

This Jmoon worked only 2 times and now it won’t even come in. It was told to me and my daughter that they would replace it or give my money back . They said it was already ready to overnight a new one to replace this one but no nothing in the mail or money returned to me. I am concerned about this because I spent 500.00 on this item. Please help me.

I've been using this for about a month now so it's probably too soon to tell if it's working as I have some deep smile wrinkles around my mouth. Although, I do think they’ve decreased and aren’t quite so deep. However, I've found some things to be frustrating about using this. First, I couldn't find anywhere in the directions for how close/far you should be from it for optimal use. Second, if you're using it sitting down as if it's on top of a table, it's too low so you end up having to really hunch down or place it on top of a couple of boxes about the size that it came in so don't throw that box away. Thirdly, if you're using it lying down it's hard to get the legs right so it's not falling down on your face. And, yes, I did put in the stabilizer pieces per the directions. Lastly, the most annoying part is that the power button and mode button are really hard to distinguish by feel. I've accidentally turned it off more times than I can count while trying to switch modes. These buttons are so recessed that they're hard to locate by feel as you can't see with the dark glasses on. Speaking of the glasses, I find it interesting that all of the pictures on Amazon show the model using it WITHOUT the dark glasses on. I like the idea of being able to lay down to use it as I listen to an audio book at the same time but even with the two locking pieces in it I still have to get it "just right" so that it's not falling down on my face.

The first thing I noticed about this device is how large and substantial it feels. It has a heavy duty build and a much bigger panel with far more LED lights than other light therapy devices I have used before. Because it is foldable and provides full coverage on both sides, it can cover more angles at once, which made full face and neck sessions feel much more convenient and efficient for for me than other devices I have used. I also like that it can be propped up securely in place. I can set it on my desk while working or place it on my vanity during my skincare routine or while doing an at-home facial. It fits easily into my routine. Setup is simple. I just plug it in, put on the included protective glasses, choose a mode, and let it run. This model has three light modes: Blue Light, Red Light, and NIR (Near Infrared) Light. I appreciate having options depending on what I want to focus on. In my experience with light therapy in general, blue light can be helpful for treating and preventing blemish prone skin, red light is often used for the look of fine lines, and NIR is commonly chosen for deeper areas or muscle focused use. I also like that the panel can be used on areas beyond the face. One thing I think is important to mention is that this type of treatment does not feel like an instant fix. It is different from a cream or mask where you may notice something right away. For me, light therapy seems more effective and better suited to regular, consistent use over time.The design is sleek and clean looking, which I appreciate so it can sit out in my bathroom or on my vanity without that bulky gadget look some devices can have. This device is about as close as what I would consider to a med spa-grade full-body red light machine that's portable enough and compact enough to treat your skin and store at home. This device is definitely in the higher price range, placing it more in a luxury or premium skincare treatment category. However, considering that this is a medical-grade device, it's extremely durable, and the long-term results, it seems like a pretty good value and is pretty comparably priced compared to other red light therapy devices I have used in the past. This is larger and more robust than many home light therapy devices I have tried, and it gives more of a professional style setup while still being compact enough to keep at home. It is on the premium end, but the size, build quality, and coverage area help explain that positioning. I have enjoyed using it as a relaxing part of my routine.

So I really wanted to give this a shot and use it for a period before leaving my review of this device. I admit I was skeptical but Ive heard so many good things about red light therapy I wanted to try it for myself. I have another Jmoon product for facial care and I love it too. So these were the unboxing pictures how this arrives and is packaged , well I might add. I set this up on my makeup vanity and it has multi function settings like for deep tissue, acne (blue) and anti aging which I use both of them. It's so easy to use and setup too. It's a good size unit but still well worth its footprint on my vanity for its benefits. I noticed improvement in my skin about the first week . It feels smoother and more even complexion. I feel like creases mild wrinkles have improved with consistent use. Now I want to remind people devices, creams, and anything outside plastic surgery require daily use and continued use to really see improvement and it will need to be continued or you may revert back to where you were before you started. It's important to have realistic expectations. I dont want to have surgery so I will use things like this and make them part of every day routines along with topical solutions and accept that I will be doing this going forward to see results and improvement. I understand I'll lose results if I stop as well. I am impressed because the condition of my skin has already improved and Im sure Ill reach a point where Ill continue to keep my results but Im happy with using products like this to age a little more gracefully. Side note I haven't had any irritation and no acne since using. I really wish I had take a before and after but I can vouch for this. The unit can be laid flat as shown but it also has foldable stands as pictured so it will sit flat on hard surface. All the folding parts are adjustable so it can be completely open and stand legs hold it up too so a bonus is that being a large unit you could use red light on other parts of the body as well not just your face. It's medical grade red light therapy and it does work. Im glad I got this because of its versatility. Multiple light functions in one for whole body is a win for me ...
