These are handy as can be. Carry one in my small plane for a bit of a boost on cross cross country flights.

I bought this because I push a lawnmower by hand to cut the lawn. I get to the point of being totally exhausted and thought this Blast would help revive me quicker, NO ! As far as I’m concerned this was a complete waste of money, directions say one to three blast into your mouth or nose. I used 3-5 blast from this can and does Absolutely Nothing. I do not recommend this product at all, save your hard earned money and just take a break from working. This O2 Blast doesn’t give you any energy or replenish your Oxygen… Rest then do more work if necessary.
