Aerocool ACPB-IM70AXC.11 - Integrator MX Series 700W 120mm Thermal Control Silent Fan 80 PLUS Silver Semi Modular PSU Review: Silent - No need for semi modular as you only really need cables that are not,so probably would have been cheaper......still a great product though. Review: It is best for Money for sure but the cheapest Corsair VS650 feels more solid and is quieter. - I updated the review to 4 star because the unit performs well so far and it does the job for the money: This is honest review of AeroCool Integrator MX 700W PSU - it is best for money but thats it!!! I ordered one recently to see how it compares to brand like Corsair or OCZ. It is packed in nicely printed box with all of the specs described. The PSU and cables are bubble wrapped inside. The Manual is VERY simple. There is no proper warranty information anywhere and you cannot register the product for any extra warranty period at all - it means 1 year warranty ONLY in the UK. The build of the unit looks good when you just look at the unit but when you start connecting the cables you can feel the connection are very poor and loose. This moment made me feel disappointing 1st time. Installation is easy and straight forward like with most PSUs. The Modular cables are very thin and flat type (not in plastic mesh around). The cables are all black. Connectors are all messed on a single cable so for example you end up with 1 floppy, 2 Sata and 2 Molex on the same cable what is just pointless... I had to use 2 modular cables to connect all my HDDs and DVD Writer. The PSU started 1st time and was very quiet - could not hear it even and then 2nd moment of disappointment came on... When you start gaming (Geforce GTX 780) it goes really hot and FAN spins really fast making the unit VERY noisy. It is NOT quiet when you game on it but really quiet for office use ONLY. Proper Conclusion: It does the job for money for sure but could be of a bit better build quality regarding connectors and noise level during gaming.
