Yes, you can delete it again. Here are my instructions on how to delete: First enter programming mode: Programming mode # programming code. Then add new fob/card as follows: 5 = add fob/card Enter user number (3 digits) Present card / fob = 1 beep 2 beeps = Success To delete fob/card: 7 = Delete user Enter user number (3 digits) 2 x beeps Enter user number again - 2 x beeps = Success Hope this helps.

Yes but only using a slave relay and separate power supply to feed the magnetic lock (the keypad itself has a maximum load of 12V at 1.2A which could drive the slave relay) Do not connect a magnetic lock directly to the keypad email : Liyan@1-b-1.com they do a special power supply for Magnetic locks and can help with your technical queries Hope this helps kind regards Bob

Hello, please see the attached video, it shows how to operate this access control keypad. If you want to set the door open time, please follow below operation: Press [#] + [Programming code] + [2] + [TT] + [#]. Please noted, the factory default programming code is [881122], [TT] is the time interval in seconds. For example, if the door open time is 3 seconds, [TT] = [03].

Hi, please see, the working frequency of the metal access control keypad which you ask from our store is 125KHz, but the RFID cards which you state is 13.56MHz. They are not compatible. So the RFID cards can not work with this access control keypad.

The keypad wouldn’t program. Instructions were awful. Even if I did get it to work, I wouldn’t have used it. So easy to open the unit, standard Philips screw holding it together. Simple to bypass.

Great product - if it works!

Looks and feels solid, however, instructions for connecting were very poor and the wiring diagram was incorrect. After several attempts, I gave up and returned to Amazon as faulty. I reordered, and same issues with connection instructions, but eventually it worked. It is a great product if it's not faulty...
