Good ksto track

Can't go wrong with unitrack; the track connections conduct perfectly. Even with fake snow all over the tracks like in this little village the trains ran great. The 6" radius is perfect for a mini layout or small diorama but of course you must run small trains or trams as large trains don't look right on that small radius.

Kato n gauge track makes a 12 inch circle, suitable for switchers, or rail bus types. Cars can be 4 axle if they are short. I run a Kato switcher with 3 two axle cars or a Plymouth switcher, no problems. It is tricky to rail them on that tight curve, but they stay on. Kato makes a 5 inch radius too which makes a 10 inch circle that fits inside the 12 inch circle. Just enough clearance to run two locks going in opposite directions. Pretty cool on a TV tray sized layout. I run mine on batteries, very low current draw.

For 'snap' track Kato cannot be beat. The track can be assembled, disassembled and re-assembled numerous times end the electrical conductivity is always maintained. You also cannot find better running N Scale locomotives or higher quality rolling stock. Highly Recommended!

小さめの車両を走らせるために購入。 いままでバリエーションの多さからTOMIXのレールを使っていたが、小半径カーブに関してはユニトラックコンパクトのほうが走行が安定していて、カーブとストレートで速度が変わったりライトがチラついたりといったことがなく、ストレスなくスロー走行が楽しめてよい(パワーパックは同じものを使用して比較)。 小型レイアウトと小さめの車両ではスロー走行で貨車入換などは難しいかと思っていたので満足です。 アメリカ型だと、KATOのNW2、F7はmicrotrainsの40ft貨車を牽引して問題なく通過。AtlasのGP15も連結する貨車によるが走行可能。

I needed a slimmer track layout to fit on my sideboard. I replaced the curved track from my Kato M1 kit with these and everything fitted and runs smoothly.
