This shake is so delicious, it's hard to believe it's a meal substitute.You just mix it with some milk and it really does taste like mint chocolate. I have to admit that I am a little weirded out by how a white powdery substance can turn into a green drink WITH chocolate chips in it, but it tastes good and I am expecting to lose wait because of it.I ordered the cookies and cream flavor and chocolate flavor after trying mint chocolate and I hope I love them as much as I loved the mint chocolate flavor.

Don't buy. Order herbalife before and this one was not good at all. Smell bad, all dried up and in chunk. Also their was a rip on the label. Probably trying to hide something. Not agin for this product
