Vegan Protein Shake by LyfeFuel | Plant-Based Protein Powder with BCAA, Greens & Superfoods for Sports Performance, Recovery & Lean Muscle Building | (Vanilla, 24 Servings)

I've tried the full gambit of plant based meal replacement powders. Lyfe Fuel is the only one that has the least amount of sodium, 50 grams I believe taste amazing, helps with regularity and blood sugar balance. I use as a breakfast or lunch meal replacement consisting of Almond Milk, 1 cup of frozen berries, 1 TBL of raw Almond butter, 1 cup of baby spinach and 1 TBL of ground flaxseed. It keeps me fuel for 4 hours or more and my blood sugar within normal range 79-120. I hope they do not tamper with the formulation like Vega did. Highly recommended.

I tried this because it was cheaper than Kachava and less calories. It tastes so terrible that by the time I added all of the things I had to buy to make it tolerable I should’ve just bought the Kachava. It’s a waste of money because they don’t have a good return policy or a guarantee. Going back to Kachava. Lesson learned!

I like this second best to Ka’chava, I know they put themselves as the lower calorie option but the flavor and smoothness isn’t quite there. I’ve tried several others as well though and this one is still a great option. Unfortunately they’re similar in price to the one I like better so there isn’t much motivation to buy this one.

Did not like taste but what I truly don’t like is the cancer warning on the back label!

Great taste, water or juice or mixed with fruit. I mixed it with water, banana and a apple in a blender.

This tastes as if you’ve decided a dried pea soup smoothie would be a good idea. It is so bad, I dumped it down the sink and now am hoping and praying I get a refund with my return. Do not buy this unless you adore cold sweet pea soup. It is absolutely disgusting and the flavor lasts and lasts in your mouth. There is nothing vanilla chai about this.

We tried both, mixing the powder with water as well as with lactose free low fat milk. I could barely drink it all with water alone; miced in some cinnamon, another day no sugar applesauce, but still, the consistency of the drink is kinda „sandy“ and caused coughing for me. Additionally I had this artificial aftertaste which I usually only have with sweetener. My husband did not have these issues at all.

Great product

When I first smelled it I was convinced it was just sewage smell coming up from my kitchen sink. Would not recommend. I imagine this is what powdered goat excrement tastes like.
