Quantum Super Lysine+ Liq

I’ve been buying this for a few years now. I try to take a dropper full of this once a day, a couple times a week – though I go through phases where I forget about it for a while. I don’t get as many cold sores as I used to, and when I get them, it’s always when I haven’t taken this for a while. I’m prone to massive colonies of spreading cold sores the size of a nickel or a quarter. But if I start taking this again they never get very big. I now order this as soon as I run out of it. I’ve bought it locally and here, and quality seems consistent. I either mix this with my mineral water over ice (it changes the taste but is tolerable) or with diluted juice mixed with powder greens and other supplements. The bottle lasts me several months. I’ve taken some lysine in the past that helps, and some that doesn’t. This works well for me and my routine. It is nasty by itself though, and makes me shudder if I take it directly.

The taste is a little strong but I always mix it with honey or something to make it more palatable. Even water helps dilute it. Excellent for boosting the immune system and can be used to put in your pets water as well to boost their immune system. When sick or not. This is an awesome product and I would recommend it to anyone.It is helped my cats get better from an illness a lot quicker than not using it at all.

I have extensive work done on my teeth. I never have cold sore but now it would pop up on the tongue all the way toward the tonsil and throat. It is extremely painful and can last a month. I have tried everything and it did not work. i go to Amazon website but most of the remedy is for external use. This was the only one there that offered to work like a tincture. So the next time I have dental work done and felt a blister comings, i immediately apply the Liquid medication and it went away quite fast and for me it is a life saver from long excruciating pain,

We bought this product because my son often gets cold sores on his lips. When he starts to get a cold sore, I give him a few drops of Lysine in a small glass of juice and after a few doses, the cold sore is already healing. Lysine speeds up the healing process for him! I also tried it on my daughter who gets sores inside her mouth (more like ulcers) but it doesn't help with healing those type of sores. The taste isn't very good, but in a small glass of juice, it's tolerable and well worth it.

I have always used lysine as a secret weapon for combating fever blisters, so I ordered this product to mix in liquid Tylenol and Motion for my 2 and 3 year old who had hand foot mouth. Within the first day I noticed the blisters began to dry up and improvement in mood and willingness to eat! I would and have suggest mommas to use this for their sick kiddos or to anyone who suffered from fever blister or mouth sores that can’t swallow a pill.

Well I've not been sick since I started taking it.....but I don't know if that's because of this product. I should really get sick and take it and then see how it effects me....right? Anyway.... He's my story.... I ordered this from Amazon, it took a week to arrive and was package lightly. It wasn't damaged but the packaging was only light. The bottle is big...IE it's 2oz. I take 2 drops 3 times a day so this bottle will last a long time. I use a shot glass of orange juice and add 2 drops and I can hardly taste it which is good. The smell of it is ok, nothing too harsh. I'm also taking Oregano in fluid/drop form and I add 1 drop to the 2 of this product to my orange juice. I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and not been sick and even felt tired. I don't appear to get the mid afternoon 'crash' at work and start yawning anymore. I know it's early in my own personal testing to say if this product is 'excellent' but so far everything's ok. I've not been sick, it doesn't taste bad, I've had no side effects such as an upset stomach or headaches etc. If I remember I'll update this review in about 6 months.

Pretty sure this just helped me not get a big one :) Could feel it and started using this as soon as I knew there was trouble brewing. I used this with the Lysine lip balm and also Abriva. The combo did the job I could still feel the pain but nothing ever blistered out or any visible sign of one :) All I can say I thank goodness. This also helped me on one I had before and all I got was one very small blister nothing else. So I'm now a believer of the stuff. On a side note some ppl say they don't like the taste, I don't find it that bad. Mix it with a little bit of water and I'm good to go. I personally put it strait on my tongue or behind the lip where I'm feeling something happen, hoping that will help it get to where it needs to be quicker
