What is the warranty on this and return policy? Free rrturns?

I received my product slightly damaged (it still worked, but it had a broken piece). When I contacted the company they sent me a replacement free of charge. I was also allowed to keep my broken one. They're super easy to work with!

Yes it is an original sony ps2. It is just refurbished. But works great.

I do not know, but the did a really great job with mine, I expect it to last at least 5-10 years if I can keep it dust free.
