Works on increasing the ALK levels.
Works well for increasing the Alkalinity of the water. After a big storm where I drained a lot of water, I found my ALK levels being below 50, and I just ran out of the box I got from the local pool supply store. I ordered this, and it arrived in 2x10lb bags and 1x 5lb bag. The way it instructs you to cut makes it easy to pour and the size factor good for most folks to hold. It seems to dissolve right away and raise the Alkalinity as the package states. Advantage with the bags is that it shouldn't leak like a big box with a thin plastic bag. The bags also use a zip-lock type action to keep it sealed until next use.

Product dissolves quickly and works well. It is my go-to for Alkalinity Increaser.
Pretty good product and seems to work well. I purchased this larger size to reduce costs but let me say the bucket is heavy and the bucket is sturdy. Good product and was well packaged. Arrived on time and in good condition. It has a good dissolve rate and works. Bucket is great and keeps the product dry.
