Years ago, I used to laugh to think that drinking milk--something I've drunk my entire life, like most people-- would possibly give me an upset stomach. But as the gray hair came in, so did the lactose intolerance, ha. Drinking lactose-free milk tastes, at least to me, just like regular milk, and of course I no longer get the GI upset and cramps. It's a great product!
