LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Variety Pack Bundle | Drink Mix | 36-Count

Vienen sueltos los sobres, algo dudoso.

I’ve been using Element Electrolytes as I’m in the process of finding out if I have POTS or dysautonomia, and I can honestly say it’s been life-saving. These electrolytes have made a huge difference in how I feel day-to-day, especially since I’m dealing with symptoms like dizziness and fatigue. Staying hydrated with the right balance of electrolytes is crucial for me, and Element has been a game-changer in that area. The mixability is fantastic. It dissolves easily in water, with no gritty texture or residue left behind — it’s smooth and quick to prepare. The value for money is great; I ordered three of these, and they last me about a month, which I think is a reasonable amount of time considering how much I rely on them. Plus, the ingredients are high-quality, and I really appreciate that there’s no sugar in the formula. As someone who is careful about sugar intake, this is a huge plus! The effectiveness is incredible — it keeps me feeling hydrated and energized throughout the day, without causing the discomfort I’ve had with other drinks. I love all the flavors except for watermelon. It tasted like Sour Patch candy, which I didn’t personally enjoy. But the great thing is you can easily adjust the sweetness or sourness by adding more water, which makes it a lot more customizable to your taste. I’ve been experimenting with different flavors, and so far, everything else has been amazing — they’re refreshing and easy to drink, not overpowering at all. If you’re struggling with hydration or have any conditions like POTS or dysautonomia, I definitely recommend giving Element a try. It’s been a huge help in supporting my health, and I’m so grateful for this product!

the BEST electrolytes I've ever tried. I don't mind the saltiness, I actually enjoy it, but the stevia in these really balances out the flavor. Orange tastes so similar to orange gatorade, same with the lime! Raspberry tastes like an Otter Pop!! The only one I don't love is watermelon, I feel that the salt flavor outweighs the fruit flavor. But nonetheless, I will continue to buy these and drink them! Great for pregnancy, they make drinking water so much more fun. I haven't honestly noticed a huge difference in my energy. I do think these help with headaches however! They dissolve super easily and quickly.
