This was in my grandsonâs Christmas list. I have AirPods so Iâm sure heâll also enjoy these, as well as his parents that wonât have to listen to his conversations.

Excellent customer service!
I bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift. She LOVES it. Overall, it works great. However, every once in a while, it intermittently turns itself off and on. I looked to see if I could return it and get a replacement but my return time limit had expired. So I reached out to the seller-CellElectronix III to see what my options were. They mailed me the return label and let me return for a replacement! They could have easily dismissed me and said sorry about your luck and technically that would have been fair. But no, they went above and beyond and made it right for us. Thank you!Note:We think we figured out why it was working intermittently. We think itâs probably because my wife uses it when she rides her exercise bike. So the sweat and moisture may be causing that as it is not designed to be water resistant. The AirPods Pro is, so we may upgrade to that soon.

I know the headphones were refurbished but they barely worked the right head phone would not connect & the left only worked for about 10 minutes then died they charged really fast & died the same way faster than normal
