I am used to 10mg gummies (2x10=20) so 2 of these leave me groggy (2x20=40) in the morning but I am sleeping through the night with them. So maybe 1.5? They do taste really good!

I didn’t expect these to work so well but, yes, if you are having issues sleeping purchases these, turn that AC down, get comfortable and you will be out like a light. They smell and taste like medicine in a gummy but they aren’t terrible. The dose is 20mg per two gummies I thought it would be too much but I’ve been sleeping through the night, comfortably since taking them and out within 30 mins. Would recommend for anyone having insomnia or staying asleep.
