Works great for what it is
As a simple mechanical adapter, it does exactly what it should -- allow you to fit an older lens to MFT camera bodies. Since there is no focusing or aperture control on the adapter, make sure the lens you want to use can be manually focused easily, and has a manual aperture ring. That said, once you have this you are able to use a lot of old lenses you might have, or shop for bargains at garage sales.

i can use my old Minolta lenses again
I used this to mount my old Minolta MD mount lenses to my Blackmagic pocket cinema camera it works well. Its sturdy and fits snug with no light leaks and mounts lenses and camera nicely. It focuses slightly past infinity, but that was expected based on other reviews I read. I wish it had a rear cap included but it's certainl.y not a deal breaker.

Well made adapter
This adapter has solid metal construction, and a good, snug fit. In fact, at first I thought it was too snug. It wasn't turning to the "click" position when attaching a lens to the front, but then I reread some other reviews saying it required a little extra "oomph" and that did the trick. I also like the extra tripod mount included. It seems to take some strain off the camera mount and tripod bushing when I use heavier Minolta lenses.

Does just what is supposed to.
My dad had an Minolta Single lens Reflex camera and some lenses. It is a film camera which I no longer use. Some of these lenses are well thought of optically. Since I have gotten several micro four thirds cameras, this lens adapter is ideal. I recommend the Olympus micro four thirds cameras, for example the E-PL5, since they have image stabilization built into the camera. All Panasonic micro four thirds cameras will also work well. You simply attach the adapter to the camera and attach the lens. Shoot on A priority mode. You do have to manually focus and at times you need to adjust the exposure compensation. If you don't have any lenses you can buy them at bargain prices.

Has worked very well with various Minolta lenses
I am very happy with the product and with a lot of use it has not shown any signs of wear or failure. I do find that the lens to adapter interface on my copy is rather tight when putting on and removing lenses. That's better than being loose but it makes it hard for lenses like the 28mm 2.8 that don't have any fixed space to get a grip on to be attached without applying more force that I am comfortable with. Regardless, I would buy the same unit again however.

Does what it is supposed to.
I wasn't sure what to expect with this adapter but bought it because of the tripod mount. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this adapter. Mounting on the camera is smooth and solid. Mounting the lenses on the adapter is also very smooth. Infinity focus is spot on. It is nice to be able to use my old Minolta MC and MD lenses again. I would recommend this adapter highly.

Opens lots of options
Not as tight as I would like, but certainly usable.

Works just fine
Works as advertised. Initially had a slight imperfection in the casting where it mounts to the M43. A slight filing for a couple of seconds removed it. I also bought the Fotodiox Canon FD to M43 adapter. That seems slightly better quality, but it's close, they both do the job. I now can use my old Minolta MC legacy glass. Compared to native lenses, legacy glass gives me the feeling of being involved in the process.
