A life saver!I have a very sensitive gag reflex and almost all pill-swallowing tricks have failed for me.Swallowing large pills has always been impossible for me, and unfortunately I need to follow a daily prescription.This is sturdy and easy to crush the tablet. Add a little water and sip while holding your breath so you don’t taste anything bitter.
