Does this Super Scooper have an attachment for a plastic bag? I don't see it pictured, but my previous Sooper Scooper had it. Made it a one-handed job

No it does not but this is the best scooper I have ever used. I use it in my backyard and fill a garbage bag lined 5 gallon bucket.

How long do these last? I seem to go through the plastic ones about one per year...

The scooper is metal, so should last longer than a year. The metal is a bit thin. Don't know how long it will last if you are cleaning up after very large dogs. For my small dogs it is great. This one is much better than the plastic one I had.

What is the warranty on this item? I bought it in August of this year and the plastic handle has snapped.

We will need to store the scoop indoors - do the bypass "teeth" collect residue and if so how easily does it rinse off?

I bought this scooper a few years ago and only once had to rinse it off. It cleaned easily and I was so impressed with how easy it makes cleaning up my yard, I bought two more as back ups in case the first one brakes. The first one is stored outside all year long and still looks and works like it did when I first purchased. Great product.
