A nice piece of kit, but the case in box was not for for the 17 pro x it is too small

Do not buy the only thing that we work on the 17 iPhone is the trigger no other claims will work doesn't seem to be any support or after sale service misleading advertising at best...

You have to follow the Amazon entry set up instructions to get the zoom feature going (delving into accessibility options) so it eventually worked perfectly as advertised. Worked with the standard Iphone app. BUT...... ONLY for around 45 minutes. After 45 minutes there was a slow, ready red blinking light on top of the unit. I charged it, tried every combination to factory re-set it, an hour of googling for a solution. Unit no longer connects or does anythng at all. No option at all but to return it.

This is a very nice looking grip, very well manufactured parts feel great to hold, when it works it is really nice. Unfortunately it's not been at all reliable. I didn't buy mine from Amazon, I bought mine from the Telesin store on Alibaba. That makes no difference to the product, only the delivery time! The packaging is extremely good, and everything feels very high quality. It's one of the more expensive grips, but the features are good- most don't zoom or have the same functionality, although you have to use Reefcolor to access most of them. Pairing is just by pressing the power on button for a few seconds, but doesn't usually seem to respond to requests quickly enough for the iPhone. The controls are a little cramped for my size of hand (normal western man size, not huge), so not as natural as an SLR but easy to get used to when you remember that. When I got mine (late November 2025) it connected fairly easily. It needs to be completely charged, and took a couple of goes to pair, but worked well and I was very happy when I played with it at home. When I took it on holiday in December I expected to just get it out again and get on with it. I charged it fully but it didn't connect, so I 'forgot' the bluetooth pairing and tried again. It took a few goes again but paired, so I took it out with me. I used it for a couple of hours and went back two the hotel. Next day (again charged) it wouldn't connect, no matter how many times I tried. Back at the hotel I forgot and paired it again, next day it worked fine. Since then it has worked only once, at other times it doesn't connect and will not pair again if forgotten. The pairing light blinks steadily but the connection always times out. I have tried everything I could find to sort it out- turn off/ restart both phone & grip, toggle bluetooth on and off, disconnect all other devices, airplane mode, force reboot, reset network settings. It is in excellent condition and has always been carefully looked after. Although the device shows up under other devices, I cannot get it to pair at all. In total, apart from trying it out when got it, it's worked well twice and reluctantly once out of the 6 times I've tried it, and now not at all. It's a real shame as I really like it. If it always worked and was reliable. Although Amazon may be better with returns than Alibaba (They also have a 3 month return window, but not as easy as Amazon) I could not return it, and Telesin support do not respond to any requests for help. I have read that some devices do have a problem with the iPhone 17's Bluetooth, but this is built for this specific phone so I wouldn't expect any problems. It is only possible to update the grip's firmware through Telesin's App, but I don't know if there is an update, and the phone has to be paired to try, so that's not practical. In short, it's lovely, when it works, and should be great, but unreliability makes it a risky choice. I looked at a lot (dozens) of video reviews, but all were sent free equipment by Telesin and are at the unboxing or first look stage, and none by people who have used it a lot, which is also kind of informative in itself.

Overpriced temperamental rubbish with virtually no operating instructions

Griff und Case sind erstklassig in Verarbeitung und Funktionalität! Bei meinem iPhone 17 pro, passt das Case exakt, kein Hakeln und keine Taste am iPhone wird blockiert. Das Case sitzt stramm - soll es auch! Ich wechsle ohnehin nicht ständig das Case. Der Griff ist deutlich besser als vergleichbare Produkte. Mir gefällt besonders die stufenlose Zoomfunktion. Der Akku ist ein nettes Gimmick, könnte aber etwas leistungsstärker sein. Trotzdem ein klares Plus gegenüber der Konkurrenz, die lächerlich schwache Akkus verbaut. Die Handschlaufe ist gut und kann wahlweise auch am Case angebracht werden, was ich getan habe, weil ich den Griff nicht ständig nutze. Unbedingt die Anleitung lesen, das erleichtert den Start! Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!

Ho provato altri tre prodotti prima di acquistare TELESIN Master Grip e devo ammettere che è il prodotto definitivo. La presa alle mani è ottima, la carica velocissima con USB-C le spiegazioni ottime perché con pochi Clik ho impostato correttamente l'utilizzo dello zoom. PRODOTTO TOP da acquistare CONSIGLIATO

el mango es muy cómodo para grabar contenido, y sentir un poco la firmeza de una Cámara antigua, si te gusta la fotografía es muy recomendable, aunque no te de una ventaja real de funcionalidad, únicamente en el agarre y en que recarga la batería de tu teléfono. la funda del celular no es la más resistente y no encajo bien con el celular, ya que no funcionan los botones, si la compras por la funda desecha la idea, yo tuve que tirarla porque no funciono y la marca no me contesto en su página para alguna garantía, el mango muy bueno pero complicado de ajustar la programación
