Fit-Flex Resistance Exercise Band - 2m Length - 3 Flex Options – Pilates, Yoga, Rehab, Stretching, Strength Training (Medium)

I asked my wife for input to review her recent order of these bands, according to her; “these are very good stretch bands as they … help to stretch!” REALLY?! – how is that going to help anybody to make a purchase decision…? Getting more colour on the product was like pulling teeth. Therefore I had to apply some of my deep-interviewing techniques to provide some more intelligent and comprehensive arguments to the Amazon customer base. You can find this below. I must admit through this I learned quite a few things about the product and my relationship as well. Q - Why did you chose these resistance bands, was it because it included one in a ‘beautiful’ purple colour (personally I can’t stand purple)? A – not at all to annoy you. I swear. But do like the colour of that one in particular. The real reason is that they were recommended by my physio. Moreover these bands seemed to have won a lot of favourable Amazon reviews. Q - Don’t you think this review profile could be a function of Amazon’s algorithm or sales kickbacks..? A - Come on!? No. Q – What do you use them for and what do you try to achieve? A - It allows you to do strength exercises as part of the treatment for my frequent shoulder, upper back and neck pain. After just a few sessions the improvement was obvious. And I can do this in front of my favourite streaming series. Q - Are the instructions clear? A – There weren’t any included in my order. But the Amazon listing was sufficiently informative - you just need to make sure select the adequate colour band based on your level of experience Q – Are they easy to store? A – Yes the band can be folded in a flat manner so that it takes limited space to store. And in theory I can take them with me on our trips (my previous stretch band was too sizeable to take along on a trip), - that is, hypothetically speaking, just in case you would take the initiative to book something. Q – Right. Do you realize how annoying it is to have arms and legs waving in my sight when we’re watching tv? A - yes. Q – And aren’t you afraid, that with your trained body there is a chance the band will split and hurt the person next to you? A – not afraid, but I wouldn’t rule it out. However in reality these bands are quite sturdy and not very likely to break Q – can you comment on the price / quality profile? A – This band is such good quality compared to a single one I’ve used before. The bands arrived well-packaged in an attractive cardboard box. I got this through our joint Amazon account and I don’t think YOU paid too much for it.

Good resistance band

I suppose if you’re doing rehab from an injury this would be a very good choice but for a male wanting to tone chest muscles (not even bulking up just trying to improve toning) this was fairly useless as the medium tension provides so little resistance. I tried to stretch the band as tightly as possible by holding my hands very close together before I exercised but it was still too slack and felt like it was about to break at any moment.

As expected.. a good well made band.. feels the strength it should be

I purchased the Blue Fit-Flex band for the sole intention of using it in the hotel room whilst working away. The medium strength is just perfect match for me at the moment and provides the resistance workout i need. will probably move up the the heavier band later but for now this is just right. I'm also finding this useful when at home with a quick workout helping me to get moving when I have been sitting in front of the laptop all day. I've had bands previously but they have had the thin film of powder, this one didn't have that so was pleased about that. Good product and happy with it
