The Crab With The Golden Claws

Le Crabe aux pinces d'or tells the adventure of young Belgian reporter Tintin and his dog Snowy, who travels to Morocco to pursue a gang of international opium dealers. This story introduces the emotional, bumbling hot-headed pipe smoking Marine, Captain Haddock famous for his colourful vocabulary and a penchant for rum and whiskey. Though an exhilarating tale, but couldn't help noticing the similarities with Hergé's earlier Tintin adventure 'Cigars of the Pharoah' - both featuring the smuggling of opium in crab tins and cigars respectively and desert treks, hostile tribes and at the end, the infiltration of a secret underground liar. The cream on top being the recurring character of Allan( he plays a major role in the later)

I bought it for my brother. He said the story was interesting

Cost was affordable

This book is excellent with hard and glossy pages. The coloured pictures are very bright. The writings are big enough to be seen. The story is excellent too.
