It's cassia, not ceylon. I prefer cassia. I can't even taste ceylon, it's too mild.

Great value for its price! McCormick has high quality cinnamon-no need to add extra to recipes in order to bring out the cinnamon flavor. Great for using in homemade cinnamon rolls and cinnamon bread. Have bought several times, and I am never disappointed.
