Why is my waffle not fully cooked?

The appliance was not preheated, it was not set to maximum setting for baking, or the baking time was insufficient. Please fully preheat the appliance at the maximum setting before use, bake at the maximum setting, extend the baking time.

Why does the green light turn on and off during cooking?

This is a normal operation of the thermostat, which automatically switches on and off to maintain the optimal baking temperature of the cooking plates. This is not a malfunction, so please feel free to continue using the appliance.

Why is preheating necessary? What happens if I don't preheat?

Without proper preheating, the waffle will not develop a golden and crispy texture, and the required baking time will be longer. Therefore, it is recommended to always fully preheat the appliance at the highest setting before adding the batter.

How can I achieve golden-brown waffles?

Before baking, lightly spray small amount of cooking oil to cooking plates, to use cake flour. Ensure the appliance is fully preheated, extend the baking time according to your preference, the longer it is baked, the crispier the waffle will be.

How do I determine the cooking time for waffles?

We recommend referring to the instructions on your waffle mix packaging for precise cooking times, as these are tailored to the specific product. Normally, the waffle is fully cooked when you no longer see steam escaping from waffle plates.
