GRECERELLE Women's Maxi Dress Summer Casual Loose Side Split Short Sleeve V Neck Floral Long Dresses with Pockets, XX-Large

I love these Maxi-dresses SO much! I ordered additional ones in different prints as they are SO DANG comfy! GREAT things: - wonderful stretch without being sheer - soft fabric (rayon spandex mix) - I'm 5'6" and these are JUST long enough without being too long, I can wear flip flops or even a 2-3 inch wedge and it works with these dresses - sexy but not trashy 'side slits' are a perfect height to be 'breezy' and 'sexy' AND still CLASSY! I wear the printed styles to work! - NO SEAM at back! I've gotten some others on Amazon & they tend to have a SEAM (usually across the back horizontally) - for a curvy gal this seam is AWFUL and NOT flattering ***the GRECERELLE has been the only Rayon-Spandex mix I've tried that does NOT have that awful seam** ALSO - the fabric print is not 'shiny' or overly thick, it's a lighter weight soft stretchy-rayon blend. What you Need to know! - These run LARGE.....I'm 5'6" and curvy with bum/hips at 160lbs. I usually wear a Med or Large....in these dresses I wear a MED for work-appropriate (a little room, not tight but not overly large, fits well!). BUT, I got a Small AND an XS and I can wear both of these! The XS or Small is great on me for a beachy-date-night (tight like a body-con dress) but it's still soft, comfy & not see thru and definitley more on the sexy-side than the roomier 'medium' (*note, I only purchased printed versions, no solids). - This material will wear and possibly pill over time (I've worn mine probably 4-5 times and no pilling YET, but I think it will after 4-5 more uses.....I use a shaver after each use to keep it fresh & that helps the longevity, but it will reach it's 'max-use' after prolly 10-12 wears) - the Big Leaf Pink is may fav. for work, classy & flowy but comfy (I bought 2)! For date nights, I like the Cashew Cyan Blue (in the Small or XS). For day-casual I like the Cashew Blue-Green. I didn't like the Multicolor Orage (tie dye) very much & returned it.

I am 5'0" and 120 pounds, and got the XS in grey, S in army green (no XS available at the time of ordering). Based on previous reviews (I find these reviews CRUCIAL to my shopping process and thank all of you for the input!) I figured the XS would fit properly but not be "body con" tight, nor baggy. I was right. I am short as can be and the hem touches the floor but doesn't drag. If I wear espadrilles or wedge sandals it will be just right. The slit in the sides comes to just above my knee and is a nice feature in warm weather, and I wear with bike shorts. like I do with most maxi dresses. The cutout in back was of concern to me but, as described, does not expose any of my various bra styles, like a V-neck t-shirt would in the front. The size S green one will be better suited to be worn with a belt for more of a boho look, and will be just as useful, styled slightly differently. The fabric feels like cotton jersey, so it is comfortable, isn't scratchy, slithery or prone to wrinkling, and is NOT see-through. That's a huge plus. I wear maxi dresses all summer and these will be staples of my wardrobe this year. I can dress them up with a belt and a shrug sweater and heels, or wear it like a beach coverup with flat sandals. Love it. EDIT: I forgot to mention the pockets. I know pockets for women's garments, especially dresses, seems like a trendy buzzword, but I find pockets to be a wonderful bonus. These pockets do not bulk-up the silhouette like some could, and are big enough to fit a phone, lipstick, keys. Adding all those things WOULD bulk up your silhouette, but it is still possible. So many women's clothing has pockets that are about 2" square, able to hold nothing, or they don't exist. I often like to carry a chapstick or something and leave my purse behind, and this dress is perfect - I don't have to tuck my items in my bra.... admit it, ladies, we all do this!

This dress is one of those wardrobe pieces that strikes a perfect balance between comfort and casual elegance. The soft, lightweight fabric drapes beautifully without clinging, and the pockets are a practical touch I didn’t know I’d love this much until I started wearing it around the house and out for errands. The gray color is versatile and easy to accessorize. It can be dressed up with a belt and jewelry or worn simply for lounging and travel. The fit is loose and forgiving, though I’d say it runs a bit long if you’re on the shorter side. While it’s not the most structured dress, it’s incredibly easy to wear, wash, and pack. This is a true “throw-on-and-go” essential that still looks put-together. Warm and stretchy too!

This dress is amazing! I'm 5'5, approximately 150lbs and the medium fit perfectly. The material is soft, stretchy and even on a hot, humid day, I still felt comfortable. As shown on the model it is a little baggy but that is the whole idea of this type of dress. The only thing I didn't like about the dress was the neckline; it's a little wide, my bra straps kept showing which drove me nuts. But, I paired it with a cute bra so any time my straps showed it appeared as if it was on purpose. I do have a large bust (36D) but I never had any issues with cleavage. The back neckline is a V but contains a strap that goes across so the dress isn't falling off your shoulders. Slit length is perfect; hit right below the knee. I followed the instructions on the tag for washing and so far it has held up perfectly, however, I do have fears that the material may began to pill overtime after extended wear and use. I received many, many comments when I wore this dress. This trend is in and not to mention, extremely comfortable! The pockets are a must-have, and overall it's a very stylish piece. Overall, the pros outweighed the cons which is why I gave this dress 5 stars. I definitely will be purchasing additional colors.

I am 5'4", and ordered this dress based on the recommendation of a popular YouTuber who indicated this was of good quality, a fashion steal, and ran large (she suggested to size down). I am a solid size 14 or Large, so ordered both a large and medium. After trying on, the fabric is soft but thin...in bright light it almost may be sheer in certain colors. I felt the size large ran on the smaller end, and would need to try an XL to see if I felt more comfortable. This clung to my hips and chest, and showed my bra strap lines, underwear lines and all of that. If you're curvy and are looking for a comfy but stylish dress that skims over your imperfections, I'd suggest ordering a size up if between sizes. This dress is made in China, and feels cheap quality. In this case, I feel I got what I paid for and it would be a waste of money to keep, so I'm returning. I've ordered nightgowns from Amazon that also came from Chinese sellers (one is the same seller as this, though was not advertised as such). The material of this day dress is almost identical to the nightgowns, which are fine for bedtime, but some of which have snagged, run, and are too sheer to be comfortable seen in public. The dresses came in a separate zip-close bag, and arrived in good condition. The colors I chose were not under the Prime envelope, and took about a week to arrive.

Buy this dress!!! For reference I am 5”2’ and curvy. 34 DDD. I Normally wear a size 6 to 8. I was hesitant to buy this dress because I thought it would be way too long, flimsy and look frumpy on me. It doesn’t !!! The dress falls right to the floor barefooted , it is very flattering, and I receive a lot of compliments on them. The material is lightweight, but not see-through and/ or flimsy , and it is very soft , breathable and comfortable. It washes well( holds its color, shape and size). I live in Florida and it gets very hot and humid here in the summer. This dress is perfect. You can do a lot with this dress !!! You can dress it up and or wear it down. It is so much fun to accessorize this dress , or if you want, just throw it on and head to the beach . You can go from morning to night in this dress . You can wear it to the beach, to work , to church, to a family picnic, a baby shower , or you can dress it up with accessories , jewelry , hat , belt, a jacket, and shoes and wear it to a day wedding, dinner and dancing. It packs very well , and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I like this dress so much, currently I have four dresses in different patterns in a size medium ( which falls very loose on me), I just purchased four more dresses in different patterns in a size small. I love these dresses! So comfortable I just ordered two more. But I have to disagree that they are "true to size". I am short, 5'2", but at 63 I am pretty thick around the middle. I usually wear a women's Large t-shirt or a men's Medium. Size 12 pants probably. I first ordered a Large in this dress. It's HUGE on me! I had to tie knots in a couple places to be able to get around. Then my niece who is 5'7" and perfect weight/body showed up in one (!) and she was wearing XS. It fit her perfect in flats. It did not hug her body but was flattering. I haven't ordered anything less than Medium in 30 years, but I went for it and ordered another in size S. It's still too big! It hugs my tummy, but not tightly, but the shoulders are a smidge too big and it's still a few inches too long (barefoot). So I am ordering two more in XS and they should fit just about perfect. EXCEPT.... Except, mind you, this fabric will show about everything if you have rolls or a tummy, so I definitely will only wear mine around the house. The "13 Purple Gray" is truly a gorgeous purple-gray, but this time I am ordering patterns. :) So, I am ordering for comfort. I have two that are too big, and am ordering two more--third time's a charm. I can't say how well they hold up in the wash yet. I am going to try to shrink the first two I ordered. If they fall apart or get a pilly I'll post an addendum. But so far I love them!

-1 star- the pockets on this dress are poorly placed and super unflattering for women who have just a little extra fluff on those hips. They are right on your hips and add just a little extra bulk making me look much more pear shaped than I am. -1 star- the length is NOT as expected. From the reviews I was hoping this would be long enough for my height. I’m 5’8” and this doesn’t even touch my ankles in the front of back! I don’t have huge boobs, but I do have a bigger butt and typically expect a little lift from that alone. But the fact that it’s not even close to my ankles is super annoying. Basically I’m getting ready for a tsunami in the middle of the desert in AZ. So that’s cool. -1 star- if you want people to see through your soul as you bend over then this is the dress for you. It’s SEE THROUGH! The fabric is soft, but you definitely can’t go without a slip or underwear if that’s your thing. -1 star- the slit is not as pictured either! I was hoping to have a very cute dress for family photos with just a little slit to show off my cute booties, but NOOOOO this slit goes about halfway up my thigh! The slit in the dress pictured is clearly right below the knee. So now if I plan to wear this dress I have to go tan these thighs so I am not the brightest star in the pictures. And to put the cherry on top of this disaster, it smells atrocious. The moment I opened the bag I wanted to throw it in the washer, but here I am taking pictures in this stinky dress for you, you’re welcome.
