Great swim paddles
I love these. They are a great size to provide a good amount of resistance and still help refine my form. The elastic straps look like they will hold up well and not crack like other paddles I have used. It feels nice on my wrist and fingers and doesnโt rub.

Excellent paddles for a good swim workout. Grip is good, and I definitely feel a positive difference with my upper body workout.

Adds an arm workout to the strokes
This does a good job at adding friction/pressure to the stroke. It's not the most comfortable on my fingers, especially the middle one. It feels like it needs to allow for a little bend. But that just might be my hands. I'm not an advanced swimmer myself. It is super helpful and I recommend it if trying to add an arm work out with the basic strokes (said from one novice to potentially another.)
