I had purchased earlier 2 times the units worked awesome. This time I purchased but not found the unit satisfactorily working as required as per units purchased earlier.

This product is effective and easy to use. We had some issue with the machine connection after 2 months use. Service support from MEDGEARS is very good, they have replaced the machine within 3-4 days of complaint. This product is a reliable and efficient device for anyone looking to improve muscle health and manage pain effectively.

How can Amazon allow brands to trade on their platform without testing their products. It didn't work for even a second. I asked for a refund or replacement but the seller told me to charge it. I did as was told but it still doesn't work. Now Amazon appears to have washed their hands of this transaction and the seller refuses to respond to my calls.

Overall the product is good
Product is good for use at home and caring also needed when you use , well for the first 15 days it was working really good all expectations of mine was being fulfilled by it but after sometime the current system of galvanic and Fredric that was given is interrupted and only fredric current is giving response on both channels. also there is problem with current frequency which automatically increased sometimes and felt different from the regular uses. Over all i want to say that this product is faulty product and is it get repaired or replaced under the one year warranty i will using it like before so please as soon as possible replace it . Thanks to manufacturer they are exchanging the product within warranty
